For your size, measure the bridge of your nose to the bottom of your chin and allow a little extra (about 1cm) for comfort and full coverage.
 
*Don't have a measuring tape? Don't worry.  Use half the height of an A4 paper (full height 29.7cm) to measure: fold the paper in half, and use this to measure. If it's less than half a page, you are a Small/mMedium. If it's more than half a page, you are a Medium/Large.
